How are your manuals different from the manufacturer's?

Our manuals are NOT just a rewrite of the manufacturer's manual. They are written by a pilot to a pilot. We concentrate on the task-oriented format. The table-of-contents lists all the operations the unit can perform. Go to that page and the steps are listed 1, 2, 3, etc to complete that task. Simple, Fast, Easy and Effective.

Do you have CD's?

We don't for a couple of reasons. The CD method requires you to be at a computer or at least a CD player. The manuals don't need a source of power and they NEVER have a dead battery. Additionally, you need a trainer or unit to perform the operations. The printed manual can be studied or browsed through anywhere, even while lying in bed. When used in conjunction with a trainer, an actual unit in the airplane or in a docking station our manuals provide the FASTEST and EASIEST way to learn a specific operation. While some people subscribe to the Trial-and-Error method, we believe one should learn it correctly the FIRST TIME. The law of primacy comes into play here. 

How soon are orders shipped?

Normally orders are shipped the same day as funds are approved. We use Priority Mail with the US Postal Service which normally provides 2 day service within the continental U.S. If Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico it takes 3 days. When orders are shipped to other countries than the U.S.A., we normally use International Priority Mail which takes 5-7 business days. One must also add time within their country. Priority Mail shipping prices are included in your order.

Bulk orders are normally shipped via UPS which provides 3-4 day service for normal ground or USPS Priority Mail which provides 2-3 day service.

Federal Express is used whenever the customer asks.  Additional charges are normally incurred.
